Billy Coleman is an award winning Michelin Star chef that has used him time during lockdown in 2020 to launch a premium food service.
His services include bespoke baking services, high end dining in your own home and premium event catering among other things.
The initial sketches used to fine tune the concept were not far from the final selected design.
The logo idea came from a contemporary adaptation on a traditional logo style, using a colour scheme that can be adapted depending on the service or final application.
A secondary logo was explored under a second brief for a delicatessen but this project did not proceed to final development but is included below to show the initial project development.
