We’re a design studio bursting with bright ideas — a small team of designers, developers and creative thinkers who are ready to help you bring your idea to life.
We have a creative and inclusive approach to all our projects to ensure our process unlocks the best solution for you and your audience. Breaking down complex problems creatively as a team allows our diverse thinking to make informed design choices and ensure the strategic objectives of the project are always met.
We approach projects and problems with a positive mindset and an optimistic attitude to ensure we always reach a positive outcome. Our goal is to always find the right solution to a problem without compromising on the quality of our output or losing sight of the project goals.
We do most of our work from a design studio just outside Hitchin, UK, but remote working is always on the cards if it yields more creativity. We also work with a network of awesome people around the world so we can pool the best thinking to take an idea from an exciting conversation to a futureproof identity that resonates with our clients and their customers.
We work with entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, mavericks and game changers across a range of industries, wherever they call home. Our clients are passionate and motivated by the cause that underpins their values and it’s a joy to play a part in their journey to the top.
We are proud members of 1% For The Planet. This commitment ensures we donate at least 1% of our gross sales to incredibly valuable causes each year, all around the world.
Our goal is to leave the planet a better place than we found it wherever possible, this is one of the ways we’re trying to honour this pledge.
With over 17 years of experience working with brands, agencies, creatives and startups, Adam’s multi-disciplinary background includes a range of creative fields from a varied and exciting freelance career.
He creates his best work when helping passionate entrepreneurs and startups, particularly those with an absolute fire inside to make the world a better place.
Adam believes fully that the best branding solutions break down barriers to offer a transparent truth about the company rather than simply asking your audience to trust that you’re good to the planet, supportive of your community and offering a great experience – “if you’re not using branding as a strategic tool to build a relationship with your customers, you’re wasting your time and money”.
A bit of an adrenaline addict, when he’s not spending time with his family, you’ll find him mountain biking, playing with motorbikes or trying to get in the sea.

Laura’s career has found her working with student organisations, charities and elephants (honestly), across a range of digital tools and platforms. We’re yet to find an idea for a web build that Laura isn’t able to bring to life.
Lauren is our in-house photographer who is passionate about giving her clients images that really show the people behind the brands.
With her personality and background as a performer, her shoots are always a fun and memorable experience - her ability to make you feel at ease during a branding shoot is second to none.
Having travelled the world performing on stage and screens, she knows what it’s like to be in front of the camera making her even more talented behind it.

There are lots of things to consider when exploring a new brand identity or launching a new website. We have gathered some frequently asked questions here to help.
If you still have questions, send a quick message
We design logos, brand narratives, websites, digital products, launch campaigns and so much more. We specialise in taking our clients through the first or second leap up in their business growth. This might be the first logo or a rebrand to cement the direction and growth of the business in its first 5 years.
We don’t have a fixed pricing structure for a logo or branding project because every project requires something different. What is right for someone else, might not be right for you.
If you want to drop us an email with some information about your business or project, we can get back to you with a guide to the packages we deliver most frequently and send through pricing that is more tailored to you.
Definitely. We’re proud to shout about the work we create at Contour and we love that our clients are too. Drop us a message and we’ll introduce you.
At the end of each year, we choose which charities to support and we select and allocate our donations to causes that are close to the hearts of our team.
This past year we supported Surfers Against Sewage, a grassroots charity based in the UK, dedicated to the protection of the ocean, waves, beaches and wildlife.
Yes, we have been doing this for a while so we know how to guide a project through a process that gets the best results. It usually starts with lots of questions!
We understand that whilst our process is key to yield the best solution, we keep it intentionally flexible to ensure it’s tailored to each client. No two projects are the same, so whilst each project goes through the process of discovery, research, development, execution and deployment, every one follows a slightly different route through to completion.
We craft bespoke solutions to your needs so we can of course adapt our process if you’ve already got things you want to keep. We may advise you about opportunities to add more value but the choice is yours if you want to proceed.
We’re all about getting it done right, not rushed. We’ll first have a discovery call to understand what you need before we settle on a timeline. Though for example, a 5-page responsive website on average would take 4 weeks from start to finish (This can vary a lot though).
Contour isn’t VAT registered so there is no need to pay VAT on our prices. This is the bonus of working with a smaller team rather than a larger agency.
Of course. With the blessings of the internet and all it offers, we have successfully worked with clients in Europe and across the US. We’d love to add more countries to the list! Where are you based?
We’d love some time to get to know you, your business, ideas, and pain points. Every project starts with a chat, either on the phone or face-to-face. So drop us a message, and we’ll get that booked in.
