Forged in the UK, based everywhere

We do most of our work from a design studio just outside Hitchin, UK, but remote working is always on the cards if it yields more creativity. We also work with a network of awesome people around the world so we can pool the best thinking to take an idea from an exciting conversation to a futureproof identity that resonates with our clients and their customers.

Adam Jennings
Design Director

With a 17-years of experience spanning various creative domains, Adam's expertise lies in collaborating with enthusiastic founders and teams, particularly those driven by a profound desire to contribute positively to the world.

He is an ardent advocate for authentic branding strategies that don't just ask for trust, but reveal the genuine character of a company—its commitment to the environment, community engagement, and customer experience.

Adam firmly believes in using clear brand strategies to foster meaningful relationships and build loyal communities. In his personal life, Adam is an adrenaline enthusiast who enjoys mountain biking, playing with motorbikes, and seizing opportunities to explore the sea when he's not spending time with his family.

Laura Ockenden
Web Development

Laura’s career has found her working with student organisations, charities and elephants (honestly), across a range of digital tools and platforms. We’re yet to find an idea for a web build that Laura isn’t able to bring to life.

A HTML, CSS and Javascript superstar, Laura’s creative background brings a rare bonus to a developer’s skillset - she cares about aesthetics as much as clever coding. This means our websites are beautiful and functional, but the thing that is easily missed by other teams - ours are easy to use too.

Lauren Jennings

Lauren is our in-house photographer who is passionate about giving her clients images that really show the people behind the brands.

With her personality and background as a performer, her shoots are always a fun and memorable experience - her ability to make you feel at ease during a branding shoot is second to none.

Having travelled the world performing on stage and screens, she knows what it’s like to be in front of the camera making her even more talented behind it.

Whether it's market launch strategy, brand development, product positioning or crisis management, Doug is always in the thick of it, working closely with our clients, guiding them, supporting them and helping build their vision into reality.

Doug's innate ability to grasp the essence of a business and tailor its narrative to resonate with the targeted audience has made him a go-to strategist for many organisations, particularly within the B2B sector.

Charlotte Pirie

Charlotte is a marketing consultant and web wizard. We make things look awesome but Charlotte makes sure your website is doing the hard work for you, 24/7.

Charlotte has spent most of her career working for well-known high street and pureplay online retailers in various e-commerce roles, solidifying her experienced skillset in e-commerce management, search engine optimisation (SEO), conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and online marketing.

Matt Josephs
Motion Design

Matt is a Graphic Designer by trade with a passion for motion graphics and video.

He has worked with some big brand names along the way, such as Tesco, Debenhams and Snow & Rock among others.

Matt’s design flair comes into its own when combining graphics, animation and video all together to create seamless digital content.

When he’s not out surfing, you can find him eternally hunting for the best flat white. ☕️

We design logos, brand narratives, websites, digital products, launch campaigns and so much more. We specialise in taking our clients through the first or second leap up in their business growth. This might be the first logo or a rebrand to cement the direction and growth of the business in its first 5 years.

We don’t have a fixed pricing structure for a logo or branding project because every project requires something different. What is right for someone else, might not be right for you.

At the end of each year, we choose which charities to support and we select and allocate our donations to causes that are close to the hearts of our team. 

This past year we supported Surfers Against Sewage, a grassroots charity based in the UK, dedicated to the protection of the ocean, waves, beaches and wildlife.

Yes, we have been doing this for a while so we know how to guide a project through a process that gets the best results. It usually starts with lots of questions!

We understand that whilst our process is key to yield the best solution, we keep it intentionally flexible to ensure it’s tailored to each client. No two projects are the same, so whilst each project goes through the process of discovery, research, development, execution and deployment, every one follows a slightly different route through to completion.

  • Work in Wix, and Divi is like a swear word in the studio.
  • Work with businesses that actively take from the planet without giving more back.

We craft bespoke solutions to your needs so we can of course adapt our process if you’ve already got things you want to keep. We may advise you about opportunities to add more value but the choice is yours if you want to proceed.

We’re all about getting it done right, not rushed. We’ll first have a discovery call to understand what you need before we settle on a timeline. Though for example, a 5-page responsive website on average would take 4 weeks from start to finish (This can vary a lot though).

Of course. With the blessings of the internet and all it offers, we have successfully worked with clients in Europe and across the US. We’d love to add more countries to the list! Where are you based?
